Territory

Description

The country, countries or parts of countries for which the agreement is valid.

Examples

Definition: "Territory" means, initially, the United States, Canada, Mexico and their respective territories and possessions, including, without limitation, Puerto Rico. Countries may be added to the Territory from time to time in accordance with the terms of Section 2.7. -- License and Supply agreement between Access and Wyeth, January 2004
