The following provisions shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement: Sections 3.4, 3.6, 3.7, 5.5, 5.6, 5.7, 5.8, 5.9, 5.10, 7.1, 8.7, 8.8, 8.9, and 8.10 and Articles 6, 9, 11, 12 and 13.
