Price

Description

The price at which product is supplied by one party to another.

The supply agreement will normally provide a clause that defines how price shall be determined for the supply of product from one party to another.

Examples

Clause: Price.

ACCESS shall invoice WYETH for the Product supplied to WYETH hereunder at the applicable price per Product set forth on Exhibit E. The cost of the Product shall be comprised of four components: Materials, labor, fixed overhead and variable overhead. The cost of each such component will be set forth in Exhibit E within sixty (60) days after the Effective Date, and shall remain in effect unless and until the price of the Product is adjusted pursuant to this Article 5. -- License and Supply agreement between Access and Wyeth, January 2004
