The 12 month period as defined in the agreement document.
Examples
"Contract Year" means each consecutive twelve (12) month period during the Term, the first of which shall commence on the first day of the calendar month following the date of Launch and end on the first anniversary thereof. -- License and Supply agreement between Access and Wyeth, January 2004
