Pfizer terminates spinal muscular atrophy pact with Repligen

Pfizer issued to Repligen a notice of termination for convenience under the License Agreement, dated December 28, 2012, by and between the Company and Pfizer for the development of compounds to treat spinal muscular atrophy (SMA).
