Supplementary Protection Certificate (SPC)

Granted to extend the period of protection under a patent in respect of a specified pharmaceutical (or plant protection) product that is protected by the patent
Severability

Allows for unenforceable clauses to be deleted from an agreement without affecting the remaining terms
Survival

Listing of clauses that will survive termination of a contract
Share capital
